Refund Policy

1. Lifetime Deal

For all Lifetime Deal purchases, we offer a 60-day no-questions-asked full refund policy.

  • Customers may request a refund for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase
  • Refund requests submitted within this period will receive a full refund of the purchase price

2. Subscription Plans

a. Monthly Subscription

  • Refund window: 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Refund conditions:
    • Product usage must not exceed 20% of the total allocated usage for the billing period
  • Refunds are available only if the above conditions are met

b. Annual Subscription

  • Refund window: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Refund conditions:
    • Product usage must not exceed 20% of the total allocated usage for the billing period
  • Refunds are available only if the above conditions are met
Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window, or exceeding the usage limits, will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window
  • Subscription plans where usage exceeds the stated limits
  • Products explicitly marked as non-refundable, such as certain digital downloads

5. Additional Notes

  • We encourage customers to activate and use their purchases as soon as possible to ensure the product is a good fit within the refund window
  • Unused or unredeemed products are not eligible for refunds once the refund period has expired
  • Oncely reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that request refunds for an unreasonable number of purchases
